Your Pet. Your Story. Your One-of-a-Kind Artwork.
Every pet leather carving begins with your photograph.
Step 1 — Place Your Custom Order
Choose your preferred pet leather carving style and place your custom order.
Because every piece is handmade, your order will be added to our current production queue.
Step 2 — Send Us Your Pet Photos
Please send us clear, high-resolution photos of your pet.
The clearer the photo, the better we can capture your pet’s facial features, expression, and unique details.
Please also tell us about any special requirements, preferences, or design ideas you may have.
Step 3 — Design Preview
Before we begin carving, we will create a design preview based on your pet photo and your requirements.
You can request revisions during the design stage until you are satisfied with the final design.
Step 4 — Handmade Carving
Once you approve the final design, we will begin the handmade carving process.
Production usually takes approximately 5–8 business days.
Step 5 — Follow the Creation
During production, we will communicate with you and send progress photos whenever appropriate.
You will be able to see your pet’s portrait gradually come to life.
Step 6 — Final Inspection & Shipping
After the carving is completed, we carefully inspect and prepare your artwork before shipping it to you.
⚠️ Important Notes
Please note that the 5–8 day production time begins after the final design has been approved.
The total waiting time also depends on your position in our current order queue.
If your order is near the front of the queue, you may receive your artwork in approximately two weeks.
If your order is further back in the queue, delivery may take one month or longer.
Please make sure you are comfortable with this waiting period before placing your order.
Because every piece is individually customized and handmade specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable after delivery.
As I handle everything myself—from the crafting to managing the shop and social media—please forgive me if I haven't replied to your message promptly.
