1. Reserve Your Custom Order

Due to the number of orders and the time required for handmade production, all custom orders are completed according to our current waiting list.

Please carefully consider the waiting time before placing your order.

2. Send Us Your Pet’s Photo

Please provide a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet so we can capture its features as accurately as possible.

Please also tell us about any details, preferences, or special requirements you would like us to consider.

3. Preview Your Design Before Production

Before we begin carving, we will create a design preview based on your photo and requirements.

You can request revisions, and we will continue adjusting the design until you are satisfied.

4. Handmade Production

Once the final design is approved, the handmade production time is approximately 5–8 days.

During the production process, we will keep in touch with you and send you photos or updates of the progress whenever possible.

This allows you to see your pet portrait gradually come to life.

Please note that the 5–8 day production time begins after the final design has been approved.

The total waiting time also depends on your position in our current order queue.

If your order is near the front of the queue, you may receive your artwork in approximately two weeks.

If your order is further back in the queue, delivery may take one month or longer.

Please make sure you are comfortable with this waiting period before placing your order.

Because every piece is individually customized and handmade specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable after delivery.

Keep your leather artwork away from water, excessive moisture, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Do not use alcohol, bleach, or harsh chemical cleaners on the leather.

Gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid folding, bending, scratching, or placing heavy objects on the artwork.

Store or display your artwork in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: The color of the leather carving pendant has darkened. Is that normal?

A: Perfectly normal! This is a characteristic of high-quality leather (especially vegetable-tanned leather), known as "color development" or "patina." Over time, the leather will gradually become deeper and richer in color, developing a unique aged appearance. This is part of the charm of leather carving art.

Q: Will the colored (dyed) parts of the leather carving fade?

A: Rest assured, the color is very stable under normal wear and does not fade easily. We use a combination of "penetration dyeing" and a "professional protective coating." After carving, we apply a specialized leather dye that penetrates deep into the leather fibers rather than just sitting on the surface.

Once dyed, a professional leather sealer is applied. This protective layer effectively locks in the color and provides resistance against friction, dirt, and minor water exposure.
