Because every pet leather carving is individually designed and handmade specifically for each customer, customized orders are treated differently from standard products.
Custom Orders
Once you approve the final design and production begins, your order cannot be canceled because the artwork is being created specifically for you.
Custom-made artwork is non-refundable after delivery.
Please carefully review your pet photos, design requirements, and order details before approving the final design.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an item that does not match your approved design, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide photos of the package and the artwork so we can review the situation.
We will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Natural Leather Variations
Slight variations in color, texture, grain, and natural marks are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
