1. Reserve Your Custom Order
Due to the number of orders and the time required for completely handmade production, every order is completed according to our current waiting list.
Please carefully consider the waiting time before placing your order.
2. Send Us Your Pet’s Photo
Please provide a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet so we can capture its facial features and unique details as accurately as possible.
Please also communicate your preferred details, composition, and special requirements with us in advance.
3. Design Preview Before Carving
Before we begin carving, we will create a design preview based on your pet’s photo and your requirements.
You can request revisions during the design stage until you are satisfied with the final design.
4. Handmade Production
Once the final design is confirmed, the handmade carving process takes approximately 5–8 days.
During the production process, we will keep you updated and send you photos of the progress whenever appropriate.
Please note that your total waiting time depends on your position in the current order queue.
If your order is near the front of the queue, you may receive your artwork in approximately two weeks.
If your order is further back in the queue, the total waiting time may be approximately one month or even longer.

Keep your leather artwork away from excessive water and humidity.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Do not use alcohol, bleach, or harsh chemical cleaners on the leather.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove dust when necessary.
Do not fold, bend excessively, or place heavy objects on the leather artwork.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The color of the leather carving pendant has darkened. Is that normal?
A: Perfectly normal! This is a characteristic of high-quality leather (especially vegetable-tanned leather), known as "color development" or "patina." Over time, the leather will gradually become deeper and richer in color, developing a unique aged appearance. This is part of the charm of leather carving art.
Q: Will the colored (dyed) parts of the leather carving fade?
A: Rest assured, the color is very stable under normal wear and does not fade easily. We use a combination of "penetration dyeing" and a "professional protective coating." After carving, we apply a specialized leather dye that penetrates deep into the leather fibers rather than just sitting on the surface.
Once dyed, a professional leather sealer is applied. This protective layer effectively locks in the color and provides resistance against friction, dirt, and minor water exposure.
Q: Can I spray perfume or disinfectant on it?
A: Absolutely not! Alcohol and chemicals can severely damage the leather surface, causing fading, hardening, or even cracking
